Purchase and Payment Details

We strive to process orders promptly; however, we are not responsible for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Payments must be made in full before items are shipped, and you will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment. If any issues occur, such as insufficient stock, we will contact you directly to arrange an alternative or refund.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have tags attached. Please save your receipt as proof of purchase. For exchanges, contact our customer service team to assist you in the process. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
